A physical therapy clinic in Sheepshead Bay
A full build-out, start to finish. We designed and installed the network, coordinated with the ISP to get the circuit in and working, ran the structured cabling, set up the WiFi, deployed the workstations, put in VoIP phones and fax, installed IP cameras and fitted access control on the doors. One contractor for the whole stack, so nothing fell between trades and there was one number to call when something needed adjusting.
A retail store in Brownsville
The store called about smart thermostats that kept dropping offline. Their HVAC technician had spent days on it and gotten nowhere, because the fault was not in the HVAC. We went through the existing WiFi, found configuration that the IoT devices could not live with, changed it, and the thermostats came back and stayed up. No new hardware needed.

Common questions
We already have WiFi and it is not working. Do you only do new installs?
No. A good share of what we do is service calls on systems someone else installed. The Brownsville job above was exactly that — the hardware was fine and the configuration was not, so we fixed the configuration rather than selling a replacement.
Can you deal with our ISP for us?
Yes. On the Sheepshead Bay clinic we handled the ISP coordination as part of the build, so the circuit was in and tested by the time the rest of the system needed it. Chasing a carrier is usually the slowest part of a project and it is not a good use of your time.
Do you handle everything, or do we need separate contractors?
Everything listed on this site is work we do ourselves — network and WiFi, phones, cameras, access control, cabling, computers and point of sale. The Sheepshead Bay clinic took all of those on one job. If something genuinely falls outside what we do, we will tell you rather than learn on your project.
Do you work with medical and clinical practices?
Yes. The Sheepshead Bay job was a physical therapy clinic, built out from an empty space. Tell us what your practice management and records software needs from the network and we will design around it.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. Most commercial buildings in the city want a certificate of insurance on file before a contractor works on site, and we can provide one.
